The YIELD Sign
    Found sticking out a dumpster a number of years ago, this red-and-white style YIELD sign (pole attached) was dragged halfway home via bicycle, until I realized that the flimsy garbage bag wrapped around the sign portion wasn't fooling anyone, and dragging it through town was not going to work. It was ditched in a bush and I recovered it later with a truck. It now hangs on my door, suspended by an aluminum can mounting device and a piece of thick wire.
    It's always been my opinion that a YIELD sign is much preferable to a STOP sign. STOP signs as decoration have simply been clichéd by the media and by overuse in the general public. Everyone has a STOP sign. Who cares.
    The other sign on the door is a WATCH YOUR STEP sign, purchaced from a local hardware store.
